Flower Hill Central Corporation - Member Splash Pool Communication It may feel chilly outside but your Flower Hill Board is thinking about warmer days ahead and is planning for the summer 2020 swimming season. We are excited to announce the launch of a new membership management system that will allow us to keep our community pool available to just our community by implementing cloud based front desk check-in with homeowner pictures! As part of the pre-launch process, we are asking all homeowners to log onto the new system to submit an initial application for pool access. This should only take a few minutes out of your busy day! To submit your initial application, please complete the following steps: 1. Go to https://flowerhill.membersplash.com/ and click on the Register Account link at the top of the page. 2. You will be required to complete the registration form and establish a Username and Password. Make sure to note the username and password as these will be required for future access to your account! 3. You will need to provide a few basic pieces of information on the application to get the process rolling. Most importantly, we require an e-mail address to be entered for each family. This will help establish a reliable way for us to communicate important news to all pool members! Once you have completed this initial step the HOA team will validate your application and move your family into "Active" status. At this point, we’ll ask you to log into your account again and provide pictures for check-in at the pool front desk, along with dates of birth for children, emergency contact information, etc. Keep in mind that this is a one-time process that will NOT need to be repeated next year - so please bear with us!
